Just bought the programme. Is it okay to start it three days in? I am thinking of doing Tuesday meal plan and work out...and going from there! Pretty excited!

I started mid-week last week but ended up wanting to do a complete week 1 so started over again the next Sunday. What did you decide?

Hey babe, I advise starting on a Sunday as you can prep your week and it eases you into the week. But if you want to start in the week that's fine too!! Xxx

Food wise I'm sure ok but exercise I would start today but do from the beginning if that makes sense. I started mid week and then on the Sunday did that week again x
