Becca TW - I had no idea ... We'll have to get tech onto that one! As for your elbow, as you get stronger it won't be so wobbly, it will most likely be a tricep/biceps weakness so over time that will increase and help you maintain stability. Love the earthquake analogy! πŸ’•

Hey Jacwilson! It would work for the bent over row but not the upright row. It's not a huge deal though. Are they very heavy? I certainly want you to feel a challenge so if they're too light it won't keep your heart rate high. Xxx

Charlhath - you're not alone. So many people I know struggle with this. It can actually come down to a weakness in the hamstring, not necessarily just a tight muscle. Keep working to strengthen your glutes and hamstrings while regularly stretching them to see if that makes a difference. ❀️

Not so much about the exercises, but my video seems to skip most of the third set of reverse lunges in Workout B. Apologies if you're already aware of this but just thought I'd check!

Hey Shona πŸ’š Loving the workouts (not always at the time though haha) and am onto week 5 so the resistance band is in. I don't have one yet but do have hand weights and wondered if it would still work using them and simulating the movements? x

Hi Shona I have problems with super tight hamstrings I embarrassingly struggle to stretch out much further than my knees when trying to touch my toes, making the warm ups, some exercises and yoga somethings not possible or painful. Any recommendations to help??
