Hey there, this is my first post to the Glow Community....just starting out officially next week and spending this week getting my head around the app etc. I have 2 questions:

1. does anyone know why I can't access the recipes on my laptop??

2. i normally drink unsweetened or homemade almond milk, does rice milk have loads more benefits to almond milk or can I continue to use?

Hello gorgeous !!!! So happy you're planning on joining!! Unfortunately you can't get the recipes online, but it's something I'll definitely work on. Almond milk is great xxx

1. The way I get them on my laptop is to save them to Dropbox (or another online file holding service like cloud) then log on to Dropbox on my computer. But there's probably an easier way...
2. I thought it was calcium fortified rice milk because it had more calcium but I just compared the cartons and it's the same! I'd just stick to your almond then.

Nutritionally I think that almond milk is better....but rice milk is sweeter so helps ppl get used to the no sugar diet.

I drink coconut and almond milk instead
