Hi everyone! I'm really struggling with the yoga on the programme. I've never done yoga before and I find that I can't keep up with the video and really struggle with some of the poses! Is anyone else finding this or do you have any tips for beginners? At the minute I'm avoiding it so I know I need to get back on the yogi wagon! Thanks all 😘

Hello lovely!! Practice makes perfect, yoga takes some time to get used to and starting any programme your body spends time adjusting to it but you're doing so well and we're all so proud of you!! Xxx

So true Zoe! I've been practicing for 10 years and I still feel like I'm at the beginning of a journey with yoga 🙏🏼

Just keep at it! yoga is a practice for everyone no matter how long you have been doing it. I'm doing my yoga teaching and I still have days where my practice is tough or I'm not as flexible. Just do what you can and don't be afraid to use props (blocks etc) to help you with it, I promise it does get easier and quickly you will feel all the amazing benefits. As my teacher says " with yoga there is always some where to go" 😊 x

I found it got easier mid week 5 but I'm still very much a beginner. Don't stress too much about being perfect, have fun with it xx

Don't worry Natasha I'm knew to yoga too and find some bits go too fast and can't hold it the whole time!
I just watch Maddie then pause it and try to copy, then watch again to make sure my forms okay and move on when I'm ready.
Don't stress about not keeping up just keep practicing and you'll soon see improves in yourself and love it!

What week are you on?
Trust me when I say it does get better I promise. You will get stronger and more flexible week by week.
I love it now but was the same as you at the beginning. I am now on week 6.
