Hi everyone I have really fallen off it over the pat few weeks (should be in week 6) I am thinking of restarting from the beginning of Sunday and fully committing this time. Is anyone else in the same boat? Maddy do you have any recommendations on what to do if you've fallen a bit off track?

emlash I'm a minx with sweet things. Can't seem to back away from them. I've just done week 5 again rather than going back to the beginning. Just make it fit in with you. If you want to start over that's fine. Or re-start week 5/6 where ever you are xxx

Oh I'm with you girls!! I got to around week 4 before it just became too intense for me sadly. The meals were less and less family friendly and I was substituting more and more, it just got a bit hard core. Probably just me.
I've taken a lot from it though, I'm still sugar free (apart from the odd square of very dark choc) and have healthy carbs. I love the yoga when I get time and I will always have access to both that and the recipes, so it's not all bad and I've made a lot of positive changes.
Good luck getting back on track, if I could repeat week 1&2 all the time I'd be happy!!

Hello beautiful!! That's fine!! Try not to be so hard on yourself, you can of course start from scratch I love starting on a Sunday so it eases me into the week xxx

I am exactly the same, I'm supposed to be on week 6, I am following the meals plan but can't stop eating sweet things. Will start again from week 1 at the weekend.

I need to do a reset/ restart. I'm just not sure if I am going to start at week 1 or reset from week 4.
I want to get the full benefit of the glow guides. I've not been very committed the last couple of weeks.
I think it's fine to start back at week one. If anything you know what to expect and how to focus fully on cutting out that sugar ☺️
If you want some support, I'm happy to join you. I want to feel I earned that 8 week medallion! 💪💪

Thanks ladies. I am definitely learning a long the way and perhaps being a bit tough on myself but the sugar is my biggest enemy! Such a sweet tooth!!

I started week five and it hasn't happened!!! However I am not going back to week 1 like a game of snakes and ladders .... Tomorrow I will just find the day I am supposed to be on and take it from there! 😘
