Maddy, advice needed! I started out trying to exercise in the evening but we ended up eating far too late. Now I exercise while Kitty has her morning nap at 9. In order not to be overfull I don't eat beforehand. So breakfast ends up being at 11 and lunch at 3. Probably not the healthiest but it made going snack free relatively easy. Anyway, question is...snacks are coming back in week 7 do I ignore them? Or have one in the morning before I work out?
