Maddy, advice needed! I started out trying to exercise in the evening but we ended up eating far too late. Now I exercise while Kitty has her morning nap at 9. In order not to be overfull I don't eat beforehand. So breakfast ends up being at 11 and lunch at 3. Probably not the healthiest but it made going snack free relatively easy. Anyway, question is...snacks are coming back in week 7 do I ignore them? Or have one in the morning before I work out?

Hey gorgeous girl!! If that works for you then great it's amazing you're getting your workouts in!! With snacks it's completely up to you and how you feel! If you feel like you need a little more energy then go for it or alternatively leave it out, listen to your body babe 😘😘

I'd have one in the morning before workout as its proven that it is better for females not to train on an empty stomach. The way I look at it, would you not eat all day and then go to the gym in the evening? It's the same at night , you don't eat for 8-9 ish hours and then expect your body to be at its best for exercise when it's not, I'd always try to have something before exercise in the morning to kick start your body X X
