For all those lovely busy ladies out there struggling with time or lack of it to keep on the road of Glowness.

Tip 1 : Make a massive batch of healthy soup ( Maddy has loads of recipes ). Freeze some keep some in the fridge

Tip 2: Make Maddy"s Quinoa Bread , slice it and freeze between baking parchment . Toast from frozen or pop in oven

Tip 3: Buy the houmous. ( life is really too short to make it ! ). This one has all the same ingredients no nasties)
And the kids love it , always have in fridge

Final tip, freeze the kale, freeze chopped up coloured peppers, always have eggs - and trust me you will always have some to eat to make you glow , be it soup, eggs on toast , or veggie omelettes .

Hi Abo6, just wash the kale, get rid of any nasty bits and pop in a freezer bag. Beauty is when it's frozen you can break in off no need to chop ! 😘
