It's that time of the month when I crave anything sweet, I will go bat sh*t crazy looking for chocolate. I am now almost 3 weeks no sugar, chocolate sweets desserts (you get the picture!) so I've made Maddy's Raw chocolate coconut bites.
Instead of rolling them into balls I made it one slab put it in the freezer then added a thin layer of Pip & Nut peanut butter on top and refreeze. Craving has gone, I have never enjoyed chocolate so much!! Husband also loves it so that's our sat night 'treat' sorted. So grateful for this recipe it's saved my wagon going awol 😀
