Hey girls ! Feeling a bit low today. Yesterday I wasn't able to finish Shona's workout because of my knee.. I took the day to rest and meditate instead, but the pain is still here today. Do you guys know if I can take variations for the workout? My knee hurts in lunges and squats, even if I'm really carefull about form. Hope I won't have to stop working out... It feels so good !!! Hey babe rest up you don't want to push through the pain, just take it easy and recover so then you can keep glowing ❤️❤️

I only tend to do 2/3 times rather than the 4 repeats. I find that helps And I'm still get my exercise😀
