Just finished week one and loving having my meals planned ahead ☺
I already practice yoga regularly, but OMG those work outs! What I need but I haven't completed the full 4 reps in a session. 😐 Those of you further along the programme, does it get easier? Are you feeling stronger? Needing encouragement!

Congrats!! I struggled with the workouts at the beginning, but I'm now at week 4 and I really see the difference. You will last longer and really feel stronger, it's amazing. Keep going ! ;)
