Feeling super motivated now I have read through all the intro details. Getting out of bed @ 6am to fit in the workouts/ yoga will be a mega challenge tho😂😂

I'm a nurse and have to be at work for 7:30! Morning work outs will not be something I can do. Here's hoping I have the motivation after my day :)
There seems to be a good community support, so I'm sure that will help!
