This is a random question, and not sure I've seen anyone ask it yet. Is there any reason that bananas are not included in the plan? Is this due to nautical Sugar content? I've found it good to cut them out however miss them after 7 weeks without 🙈😂

Yes and they can 'damp' your body and slow down your bowel movement. Or promote stagnation if you prefer. Better to avoid especially in winter.

Hey babe!! They're a high GI fruit and we've kept this a low sugar (even fruit sugars) programme!! You can substitute for apples or berries if you'd like babe they're great and low GI xxx
