Hi Guys , A quick question ! I've been trying to work on my handstand for a while and find it really hard to hold it for longer than a few second - usually because my back is over arching and I end up over-balancing ! Does anyone have any tips for improving the handstand position ? I don't want to end up damaging my back !!!

Try to draw your lower ribs in,think that your ribcage is like an internal corset and when you stick the ribs out, your corset's off! Good luck :)
