I'm having a Birthday party on Sunday for a few friends and this time I really want to make some healthy food and snacks, buffet style. Has anyone got any ideas/ tips? 😊 xx

Crudités and humous - do a variety such as beetroot , roasted red pepper and homemade baba ganoush or guacamole . All quick to do too . Yum !

I'm all for big 'one pot' kinda dishes for these events. One of the veggie or chickpea curries might go down well....

Sounds amazing!! You can do so much with this!! Lots of fresh veggies would be amazing and dips!! Make it biggest style then you can add smoked salmon, avocado, roast veggies and chicken or make a chickpea salad and other salad bowls. Have so much fun xxxx

Sweet potato wedges are always popular and if you wanted something sweet, Maddy's raw chocolate brownie recipe is delicious! She also has a recipe called Mexican mince in lettuce wraps, which you could pre-stuff with the toppings. It's nice finger food. Have a great bday & party! 😊
