I know it's not on the plan but I made the banana bread from Madeleines book for my mum who's coeliac and it is so tasty.

Lovely. I did it with buckwheat flour and ground almonds as I didn't quite have enough of each. Wow! Your picture is amazing. How did you do that? X

I made it too the other day. I didn't have rice flour so used coconut flour, works a treat and gives another level to the flavour
