Shona I think I read on one of your Insta posts (which I love by the way!) quite a while ago that carbs help with building booty. Is that right? What kind of carbs? Are there enough in this program? I sit a lot in my job so I want to keep building that booty to support my back etc! Thanks. 😍

Hiya! Sorry I missed this! What I meant by that is carbs help to build muscle - so if you drop all your carbs then your booty just won't build! :) Sitting on it all day means that you should most definitely train it! Eating carbs won't build booty unless you're working the muscle 🙏🏾❤️ Are you doing the workouts too? There is a lot of butt work in the glow guides program (on purpose) xx
