So this morning I did a little Pilates workout at the resort! Loved it....!! Now wondering what's better. Yoga or Pilates. I have a weak back and felt it really helped X

I broke my back and Pilates is much better for me. More core strength

I do both and both were suggested to me following a neck injury one for stress relief the other for stretching my core and both for my flexibility!
I love both of them and currently Pilates is helping me with two torn intercostal muscles following a rugby accident and yoga is also helping!!

The best one is the one you enjoy more. Like knitting and crochet. Try both and decide. I'm a yoga and crochet girl:-)

Fabulous. They are both so good. I think Pilates is more core focused that's all. I personally love yoga for its philosophy and whole body and mind ethos.
