Hi, I'm starting my 8 week glow today. I just wondered if I can eat fruit at any other time of the day for a snack as I can't find any info on this, or should I just stick to the protein ball snack in the afternoon.

Pincess i have fruit still loose weight. In trying to tackle fatigue so extra snack

Bet your really confused now lol. I left off the fruit as I wanted to stick to the plan as I had weight to lose. Others have added it so just do what feels right for you xxx

This is your life and there are no set rules to life so if you want fruit have fruit. Don't live your life not allowing yourself to live X X

Ideally just the ball. But if you are struggling a bit of fruit is ok. Try to keep to dark berries or an apple.
Avoiding high sugar fruit like banana.

Good luck - you get used to it. Body goes through some changes in the first two weeks but you feel fab.
