Hi everyone! 💕 Happy Sunday! 💕 So I am also doing Sugar Free March for Cancer Research, which is part of the reason why I took the plunge with GlowGuides now as it will majorly help me out! What are we thinking about things like dates and maple syrup!? I was going to replace things like the date balls as they are high in fructose with a rice cake and some nut butter but wondered what everyone's thoughts were.... Thanks in advance Xx

Thank you both! I know that all the sugars are natural and I trust in the programme I'm only worried because I'm doing Sugar Free March sponsored for charity & I don't want to be inadvertently cheating😁 thanks though Maddy, I'll stick to the rice cakes & almond butter this week and add in the date balls (or even the sugar free almond ones!) next week when I've bought the ingredients as it doesn't sound like it's an issue after all! ❤️

Hello beautiful girl!! Sounds great, I don't use too much in the glow guides and the energy balls are balanced with fats and carbs so don't spike your sugar levels. All meals are dietician approved and balanced so won't affect you too much xxxx

That sounds like a great alternative. I really like the savse drinks too because they're a little hit of sweetness. Xx
