Hey ! No I haven't !! I love running but usually just 5km . So I'm not running it until August to give myself plenty of time to practice! I also had a gait analysis done when I was getting new runners as my old ones were very uncomfortable and I didn't think I would be able to properly train in them ! Have you done one before ? Should I adapt the plan in any way ? x

Nicola.dalrymple I've just begun half marathon training on the programme too . I'm quite a beginner with running so hoping I'll make it ! Have you done a hm before ?
