Glow girls I've just had my berry oats and is really runny! Should it be? Xx

I add half the milk and some chia seeds and let it sit in fridge overnight. I then add more of the milk in the morning if needed x

I found the same, so just use a lot less milk & it comes out thicker 😊

I like porridge thick so I put in less milk

Did anyone do the workout this morning. It was so fast I could hardly keep watching the screen and focus on my moves at the same time!

Yup I've learnt my lesson! 😂Will just have to get up earlier and do it at home rather than microwaving at work! I just warmed my oats which really helped with the thickness and made it taste better too 👍 there are a lot of them though - couldn't manage to finish it as much as I wanted to!

yes i find any warming done on the hob is better and more nutritionally sound. i had my oats cold and they were fine but i might try warming next time for a change ☺

Oh dear Olivia 😂. Personally think turmeric milk is best done slowly in the pan if you can as its goes a bit weird in microwave 😕

I just came to ask the exact same question, I thought I might have misread the amounts but don't think I did. Might just put a bit less liquid in next time?! Right now I'm going to try warming it and see what happens but I've already had one microwave fail this morning with some exploded turmeric milk so don't want to make it 2 😂😂

It is quite runny. Some heat them up, I add chia to thicken, you can blend into a smoothie or if too runny add less milk next time.
Personally don't like them cold and think the chia seeds and heating thicken them up. Xxx
