Hey girls! I'm starting week 5 and we now use a resistance band to workout, but I totally forgot to get one 😩 should I keep doing wise instead? Or use weights?

Girls, if you get the band - unless you are really really strong get one or two below extra strong as it comes up with extra strong when you click the link buts it's almost impossible to use xx

Thanks! :) Just finished the workout, I did the same exercice without the band and I did feel my back haha!!

Hi marinou, same here, totally forgot to get a resistance band! I did Y's instead this morning, which i think was fine. Will try to get a resistance band later today so i can use it next time!
