Just looked at the glow guides warm up tutorial and feel a bit down to be honest. Many of those moves are inaccessible to the more curvy lady. In the spirit of being inclusive, it would be great to have variations in what looks like an amazing programme. Those of us with more padding move in different ways!!

Think you should be able to watch them on the website (I can't seem to log in at the moment) if that's a better option. I'm planning a stay at home day so planning on sticking on done leggings and practicing some moves in prep for Monday

Yes I think it was those two moves that really scared me and how quick it was. Also I'm trying to work out how you do that & look at your phone at the same time. Are you supposed to connect it to your tv? I'm clearly very stupid lol

I was freaking out a bit at the 'breakdancing' move and the idea of doing press ups but I've just watched the start of workout A and the phrase 'fake it till you make it' was thrown out there. That will be me!!! I'm hoping that with the right frame of mind I will laugh it off when I land on my butt rather than get annoyed.😀

It's not fair is it how the instructors make it look so easy and can do a whole set without breaking a sweat, whereas us unfit folk are done by the end of the warm up! If you do decide to do the programme you'll have loads of support. My favourite thing is that at least it's not a class full of people seeing how bad I am 😂 that's why I hate the gym so much! The thing you need to remember is that at least you made the decision to start, and that's what matters. Everyone has a starting point but at least you started not everyone does 😊

I wouldn't say it's accessible to the disabilities but in happy to pay worth of menus and meditation

Thank you, I just know though from trying body balance with minimal success that these moves aren't as easy as the lovely lady makes them look. You are right that everybody improves over time but the starting point for some of us is way behind that of others.
