Hello! I've just started the Glow Guides - very much looking forward to getting started! I'm just wondering whether tea & coffee are allowed on the plan... I'm a bit of a caffeine fiend - do I need to cut down on this for the next 8 weeks? Thanks xx

Welcome ☺️ I've actually managed to ditch the coffee so far and just drinking lots of nice herbal teas. Pukka is a nice brand and they do all sorts of different exciting flavours! Liv xx

Yes before 12 but good quality. I know u will get caffeine withdrawal so try decaf. Drink lots of herbal teas/green tea

Welcome! I had a cup the other day during a night shift, I've managed to get by without it and I was singing NSync and busting out shapes like a maniac. It's powerful stuff when you cut it out 😁 xx

Welcome! 😄 You can have 1 cup of coffee OR tea before midday. If it helps, I used to drink a lot of coffee and now, in my second week, I'm totally fine with just one in the morning. :)

Only one cup of good quality caffeine before midday. After that it's herbal teas and water 👍
