Hi everyone,
This is my second week in, I love all the recipes and everything tastes amazing. Just wanted to know if I can cut some calories out of meals for example tahini out of morning porridge or swap rice milk for almond or omit brown rice spaghetti. I feel like meals are quite big and I am eating to much😔

I've felt the same... Maddys portion sizes are huge.... I'm eating more than usual at meal times however im not snacking and not feeling ravenous or that I have no energy! Surely we need extra calories to grow our glutes and get a Shona ass??!! 👌

I had the same impression as you KKlaudyn, but I'm loosing weight pretty quickly! I think it's worth remembering that whatever the calorie count, the food goes hand in hand with the daily workouts and yoga. Your body will need it all to refuel if you stick to the exercise! But if you don't, then yes obviously your body needs less.

Tahini is really high in calcium, so I wouldn't advise taking out. I have a dairy intolerance and tahini and almonds are my core sources of this mineral. The plans nutritionist approved and I'm confident that eating healthy leads to weight loss. Since I cut dairy and gluten I eat more than ever and struggle to get above size 10! Good luck. Your older self will thank you.xx

Yeah I've read a few times its 1400 calories. Do whatever you feel comfy with though. Guess you can always add stuff back in it you think you're not getting enough in xx

Is it really 1400 cals, with my calculations from few days I did it was around 2000 cals per day. That's why I was slightly concerned I am eating to much. Thanks for the comments guys

The plan is already pretty low calorie , much lower than most would need to maintain weight, maddie said its 1400. So I would not advise it. Think more about quality of the food you eat rather than counting calories. Life is too precious to count calories all the time X X

U can swap the meals. If u don't want the tahini it's fine. It wouldn't be enjoyable if it was strict
