Hello! I have just downloaded the Glow app, and am planning to start the course next Sunday. I have a five year old daughter, and I work, so...I only have the time to cook one meal of an evening, therefore, she pretty much has to eat what I eat. Has anyone else had success with the meal plan (particularly the dinners) with young children? Breakfast and lunch aren't an issue as she eats lunch at school. I'd be so grateful for any advice or tips. Thank you 😊 x

Hi I'm just coming to the end of week 1. Also have a 6 year old and work! Somethings have been a heat (roast chicken, salmon, almond balls) somethings a miss! I think for next week I will probably just make few adjustments when I know it's not going to work for us! On Saturday planning to make the turkey meatballs from madeleines book as that is always a hit in our house!x

Just finished week 1 practice run! I found with the meals where you mix everything up and add dressing put my kids off so I served theirs separate so quinoa, pak Choi and sweet potato in a row with sauce as 'dipping sauce' and when adding things like sesame seeds exclaiming who wants to add sprinkles!!!? Works a treat- my kids are 5 and 3. Good luck.x

This is encouraging news! I have a 2 year old who is pretty good at trying new foods, but also a very fussy 4 year old at school and fussy hubby who does shift work so isn't always with us at meal times ! like you i work, so the evening meal will be the main event, so I'm planning on batch cooking and freezing so will always have something to hand. Maybe exposure to new things will eventually encourage them, plus seeing Mum eating it? Please let me know how you get on. Good luck on your journey xx

Yes! I'm on week 7 and I have 2 young kids 6 and 3. They both have lived the food. The only think I have done is where they are very healthy I have added some carbs or some protein ( pasta/ rice/ chicken/ fish etc). I've had no problems at all. Good luck X
