Hello everyone, just wanted to post to say well done to all who complete the 8 week programme this weekend. I joined at the beginning but after week three it all got a bit too much for me....sadly the meals weren't family/hubby friendly and I have a bit of a rule about not doing separate meals, with working full time I just don't have the time for that!
I have enjoyed some of the meals a lot and the Asian salmon is still a winner, I love the yoga too.
It hasn't been a waste of time or money though, I've found my own way in the world of clean eating and exercise, along with my buddy, I've taken a lot of Maddie's principles and adapted them to suit my way of life, so it was worth every penny in that respect 😊
This way of life does give your"the glow", ditch the junk, eat well, train hard, it's a winning combination!!
