Madeleine, I tend to eat my breakfast at work so would I be OK just having variations of the overnight oats during the week and the plan breakfast at the weekend? I know it's got the oats 3 days in the week already just wondered if 5 days would be OK?

Thanks 😊 I'm going to try and make more time in the mornings 😊 it does take effort though. 6am starts here I come!

You can do it! Giving yourself those few extra minutes in the morning will be good for you, too - I find that if I rush around first thing in the morning, it effects the rest of my day. It takes a little practice (I used to be a perpetually late person and I definitely had to make a concerted effort to fix that), but it's so worth it!

I'll try it this week. I tend to find I'm rushing round in the morning already. I've managed to persuade my boyfriend to join me for 6am workouts so hopefully I'll manage to do the eggs too. It's only 2 days after all 😊 thank you for your encouragement xx

Hi Tamsyn! The meal plans are all nutritionally balanced so ideally you should stick to them if you can. Can you switch it up and eat at home instead? It will be worth it I promise 😘 xx
