I’m having one of those days where I have so much going on that my head is feeling fuzzy. When I get this feeling I like to take a couple of moments to myself and listen to my body love meditation. I’ve just done it and now I feel so much better - I’m ready to tackle my revision for school, a large stack of emails and I might even have time to cook dinner which I always find very soothing.
