Thank you for the help. I have got chia seeds so will use those initially. I am gong to try my local health food store today as well!

U can get chia seeds cheap if u have a discount Health store

You can also use chia seeds sometimes as a replacement, they both absorb water. Chia seeds are way more expensive though :/

Holland & Barrett sells it and so does Lidl but as above it might be called linseeds

Flaxseeds can also be called Linseeds and I know you can get them at most supermarkets or health food stores :)
