Nearly at the end of week 8, can't believe it! Glow Guides has completely transformed the way we think of food at home - I'm feeling healthier, happier and having delicious meals for lunch is saving money and the need for snacking! I've lost the weight I wanted to and my glow partner in crime (boyfriend - who now enjoys kale and avocados) has lost over 2 stone in 8 weeks!! Thank you Madeleine for helping us change our habits and rethink - we now both have new and exciting jobs and a healthy lifestyle too!
