I'm not gonna lie - I signed up to Glow Guides to get skinny πŸ™ˆπŸ™‰ I thought this would be another quick fix approach that I would give up on after a couple of weeks. How wrong I was...Madeleine and her fabulous app have changed my whole life! Meal planning and having me-time are now my number one priorities. And I know how to manage my stress. This is a total transformation for your mind and body. I have lost 10lbs but don't feel like I have deprived myself in anyway. I've tried lots of new foods, sometimes with the odd glass of red wine 🍷and ate breakfast every day which in itself is a miracle for me! My favourite foods are now kale, eggs and sea bas and I'm hooked on avocado oil πŸ’š If anyone is deliberating paying for the app...do it!!! You won't regret it. I still have a week to go...took a week off for a holiday but kept to eating as clean as possible. One more week to go then I'm going to repeat and keep my glow. You have lots of yummy recipes ahead πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ keep going! 😁
