Ok Ive spent the week debating it, but I'm in. I'm the mummy of a rambunctious toddler, and I have a shift working husband so this means I'm going to be making three different sets of meals a day. My downward facing dog will almost certainly involve a two year old swinging off my legs whilst singing "twinkle twinkle".... But it's been two years since I last did anything for myself, and I'm tired of feeling tired. Now I want to find me again. I'm in there somewhere, probably underneath the layers of finger paint, play-doh and rice crispies. So any mummies out there, when will you be working out? Crack of dawn or post put-down? X

I'm a mum of an 18 month old and starting the program next week. Can't wait to hear how you are finding the program and how you fitted in the exercise whether in the morning or night etc

Pre kids I used to train at the gym at 6am & I meet a friend there - it made me get up in the morning knowing she was there waiting for me. Perhaps there's some way of having a group & we could 'check on' in the morning as motivation against hitting the snooze button!

I'm a Mum too....have a 3 month old little girl. Gift to myself to feel like me again. I'm going to have to take each day as it comes with the workouts but determined to fit them in somewhere!

I'll be joining you all. I have an 8 month old and 2 1/2 year old so no sleeping in for me. Not sure who it was that said about 6am club but I'm happy to sort something out. Should I add you as friends? not very tech savvy!

Definitely count me in the crack of dawn mummy group as well then. We will have to stop eachother reaching for the coffee or chocolate after a bad night's sleep.

I LOVE that idea. I need all the encouragement I can get. And caffeine. She is going to think mummy has either lost the plot, or is trying to partake in an episode of Waybuloo.

Hi Frances33! It's so great to see a fellow mum doing this. If you can manage with more than one running around then I've got no excuse. Crack of dawn it is. It's daunting isn't it, you know one sleepless night could throw your wholes termination off and have you reaching for the kitkats!

Hi izzymat I'm a mummy too, my youngest being 2. I also made a commitment to myself that I would do this... no excuses! I am definitely more of a morning person and as my husband goes to work at 5.15 anyway I decided, that cracks of dawn it is!! I did week 1 yoga this morning and even with my two youngest causing havoc, I sweated up a storm!! and felt calm and energised afterwards. x
