I am excited about starting on this journey! Couple of questions though, can I have additional snacks? E.g. apples, veg? Also, can we have caffeine? Thanks! 🌸

Definitely! Low sugar fruits like berries are best and Madeleine encourage high quality caffeine like a good coffee from fresh grounds, rather than lots of instant and such. We've been supplementing snacks throughout as it wasn't about weight loss for us but nutrition :) xx

Hi cat welcome. I do have fruit or smoothie in between. Caffeine before 12 then rest is herbal teas x
