My first ever full wheel! Felt really energised this morning so did one of Maddie's proper yoga sessions and then felt even more inspired so went off piste and just had a go! My form is horrible but I've been trying for weeks to get up there and it finally clicked! Feeling 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼! Xxx

Definitely have a go and let me know! maybe get someone to hold you round the waist as you lower down if you're nervous and tuck your chin in to protect the neck! Crow is fun, when I was learning that one I did a lot of pitching forward onto my face though 😂🙈

Thanks all - yeah I love it - super stretchy ☺️ Glowsquared - start practicing pushing your hips up with bridge pose and move on from there. The thing that made the difference for me was realising I needed to power & push my hips up as far as possible (as its be heaviest part of the body) before attempting to push my arms up.... If I can manage it you definitely can!! Now I just need to stop splaying my feet out and get my hands below my shoulders...😁 💪🏼🙏🏼
