When your feeling low what do u do to stop yourself from caving at chocolate. Does it mean I'm deficient in something and need to replace it with something else?

What about some frozen banana- it's a little bit like ice cream. Hope you get your orthotics soon, know how difficult it can be to exercise without them. Take care lovely x

I made a raw snickers slab and cut it in little squares and put it in the freezer. Better to have a little of something than binging on loads of chocolate ( I'm trying so hard not to especially eat all the mini eggs or Lindt bun us

All I can offer is empathy; it's a journey without a completion date. Xxx

It is dark chocolate with dairy free chocolate but need to stop the bingeing on it. It's a combination of feeling low and craving something so need to replace this to stop it

I try and do a walk or meditation. I'm trying to only eat when hungry and when I enjoy it, otherwise emotional eating, are you near the beginning as you could be craving refined sugar, Make a food diary to identify when you get hit low enough to crave it, might bra particular trigger x

I think it's more likely just because your low rather than deficient as the plan is well balanced. Have you got any dates or a bit of dark chocolate maybe
