Hi glow community, I have had the sickness bug the last couple days. feeling very weak, any tips on what I should have to fuel my body back up? The thought of food is not very appealing at the moment 😷 xx

Hey babe, so sorry to hear you're feeling poorly! Lots of lemon and ginger is great and I love making chicken stock it's full of nutrition!! But lots of warming dishes and spices are great for healing. Most of all take it easy babe and rest and recover, hope you feel better soon xxxx
