So in preparation for starting the plan - I've managed to cut down to two caffeine cups a day! I'm also trying to cut down on sugar so it's not a culture shock when it comes it. I'm just not sure if I should start pre or post op as I'll be out for two weeks at the beginning of April. I'm away the back end of next week then it's Easter. Thinking of doing the exercises and eating some of the meals where I can.
