Hi Glowies!
Just wondering if anyone has tried ground ginger in the tumeric milk? And if there are any particular health advantages to fresh ginger over ground? Grating ginger can be a pain so thinking of other options!

Hey gorgeous!! Fresh ginger is much fresher and has a pungent flavour that is anti-bacterial and super good for you! The ground is still good but there is much more nutrition in fresh xxxx

I didn't mind the ground ginger but was just thinking I might try minced ginger that you buy in a jar. Has anyone else tried that? 😊

Someone earlier in the programme suggested whizzing ginger up in food processor for the week and putting it in a jar. That's what I do and just spoon out what I need. So much easier 👍

I thought the taste was nice, but I've actually never tried with grated ginger so maybe it's nowhere near as good... Tbh I'm not the biggest fan of ginger so ground ginger worked great for me as if gave a really subtle flavour !
