Hi everyone,
could anyone suggest me some ideas, I can't eat beans (except tofu) and sweet potato (small amount is fine) , because they make me feel so bloated afterward. Could I just mix it with potatoes, or eat any others healthy carbs that I like?
Also, I only eat fish and seafood, no meats; should I wait until the vegetarian menus out and mix them up?

If you like just switch some of the meat meals for fish/ veg - or any recipes you prefer from the meal plan xx

I, too, am a pescatarian - I was planning on subbing the chicken for tempeh or tofu and seeing what happens!
