Experiencing a little low tonight...the first one since I joined. Had to try a bathing suit for pool time tomorrow and did NOT like the reflection in the mirror. Because I feel great and energised since I started I somehow thought I had lost more weight than I actually did...still have a long way to go and am already half way through the plan. I'm loving it and will definitely keep going but I'm just wondering if I'll ever manage to get rid of the disgraceful pregnancy kilos...😔

Yes always good to remember this is a long term change, not just any diet. All in due time - I'm on the right track, the track of happiness! Thanks for your support ladies <3

Don't be down. You have had a child that's amazing and such a privilege.
It will come off just give it time. It's only 4 weeks if your half way. Keep smiling. Xx

The baby weight will go kiddo. I've lost all mine and more and I've been struggling with my weight since puberty. Just stick with it. It may take some time but it will happen.xx

Everything rhat Danielle said plus take it from someone who has done every fast fix diet there is (well it feels like that anyway) weight you lose fast comes back fast & with a vengeance leaving you feeling more upset and like a failure than before. Weight lost in a slow and healthy way stays off although it might take longer and be more frustrating . And think about the beautiful example you will be setting your children down the line, to have a loving relationship with themselves, food and their bodies! ❤️

Please don't feel low! You are feeling energised and great inside and that makes such a big difference. I completely understand not being 100% happy with what's outside, but that new energy will have such a positive impact on everything you do. Your pregnancy weight is anything but disgraceful. It is the result of bringing a beautiful, new life into the world and something you should be proud of - look at what you have achieved! Concentrate on your new-found energy and positivity and everything else will follow in its own time. You are doing so well xx
