I was thinking about re starting the plan as I love all the foods and it makes shopping so much easier. What's everyone else doing after week 8?

I am trying new recipes from the website as well as using the plan ones. Practicing some of the yoga and the workouts but seeing a PT once a week as well. I doubt I will ever go back to my old eating habits even if I don't strictly stick to the plan. Amazing program 😍
