Hi glow girls! After some procrastination and illness I am finally starting the programme today. Am a bit nervous about fitting in all the workouts. Any tips? Can't wait to start glowing 😃

Hey babe so exciting!! You can split the workouts into 2 x 25 minutes if you prefer which is a great way to get the workout in xx

I do them after coming back home from work and before dinner, it's become a routine now, and I'm only in week 4. Just do as many as you can without stressing out too much. :)

Don't stress about the workouts. I've just done week 1 and only done some yoga.

It's a great plan. Just do what you can and don't beat yourself up if you can't. I'm effectively on week 9 today so starting again. I love it. Good luck xx
