Now as I've said before - wine is my biggest problem! However, I have dramatically reduced the amount I've been drinking to maybe one or two a week! THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!! It can only mean that having no sugar in my diet had stopped the craving for alcohol too! My sleep, skin, energy and overall mood has improved too, bingo! I can't see my ever giving it up but it's definitely a step in the right direction! Sparking water and lime for me please waiter 🍸

This is what is holding me back. Loving the food. If I eat early I don't get sucked into having wine so that's what I should go with. Do others find the same?

Me too. Feel deprived if I don't have a glass. I am responding to this as today I decided it is No Wine Sunday for the first time in ages. I often have wine to round off the weekend. Not today. I have been kind of glossing over the 2/3 drinks per week guide for a few weeks. SO now I'm getting serious and cutting wine out!!!!! Wish me luck!!😬
