Hi All, I'm late on starting Sunday but don't want to wait another week so was going to dip into week 1 and be ready for it properly next Sunday. I dont eat meat only fish. For anyone else, did you substitute the chicken or the whole dish? Trying to work out the easiest way to get the shopping list and plan amended!

Any fish will work really well as a substitute for meat I love salmon or you can replace for beans and chickpeas babe. All work really well in the recipes so don't worry about substituting xxxx

Salmon is a good alternative, or half a aubergine roasted or baked cauliflower... all can be delicious subs for meat! Enjoy xxx

Hi GoldRachie, like you I eat fish but not meat. I was going to swap the chicken in yesterday's recipe for something else (thought of sea bass, trying to increase animal protein in my diet) and then got totally overwhelmed by worry about the ingredients not going together I just made lentil and tomato soup from Maddie's book! 😄 I'm going to try Wednesday's chicken recipe with cod 😱 I've just started the programme too, would be great to hear of any meaty swaps you make! Oh I feel your pain - when my IBS flairs up I suffer really badly . Could it be a bug ? There are lots going around at the moment .

Yeah I'm veggie and just substitute the meat, had quorn yesterday and am having aubergine tonight instead of salmon X
