I have a habit of reading recipes, getting the gist and then doing it my own way. These are super simple, just 500g of minced lamb, an unmeasured (that looks about right) measure of bulgar, 1 fried onion, some spices (I used cinnamon, coriander and cumin), a pinch of salt and an egg. All rolled into balls and baked for 35 minutes. Made enough to feed 4-6.
