does anyone else find that the healthier they eat the more bloated they feel??

Thanks girls. I love veg but should maybe cut back on my portions a bit. Great tip Madeline. Thanks! Will definitely try that. I hate feeling bloated especially when I am trying to be healthy and eating well xxx

Hello beautiful yes this can happen!! Try adding a bit of fat and balancing the meals out a bit more. But listen to your body and trust if you feel bloated then maybe change it up xxxx

Too much of anything is not a good thing and if you eat too much veg it can give tummy distress. Obviously eat your fruit and veg but in moderation like everything else. X X

thanks good to hear! yes I have but I do generally eat well and have always found when I am eating lots of veg and fruit that I bloat. I suffer from ibs.

I got very boated at first. Think my body was adjusting but after two weeks much better. Are you early on the plan?
