Just done my first proper day. The tumeric milk was surprisingly delicious. I made the chickpea curry and added a bit of chicken for my husband - delicious. I usually feel really hungry from 4-6pm when I pick up my kids and give them supper but after a snack ball it was much easier.
That's usually the worst time of day for me - temptation to forge on biscuits/cake! Loved the yoga even though my 6 year old and dog were "helping". Tried the meditation with my 10 year old and she loved it before her bed time. Amazing photos and recipes and so quick and easy to follow. Very keen to follow this plan through!
