Feeling a bit frustrated this morning. I weigh in every Wednesday and this time didn't lose any weight, despite having been sticking to the plan. I have also been feeling really sleepy and lethargic in the last few days. Just a bit frustrating when you try so hard, I'm just so desperate to lose weight! 😔

I completely relate! I weigh myself weekly as well, and I have been stagnating for the past 2 weeks! Drove me nuts. But my pants keep looking larger and I feel a little better in my body each day so I figured it might be because of muscle gain from workouts? I can't stop weighing because like you I really want to lose weight, but I do read the numbers differently ;)
Keep going this is SO worth it!

Hang in there! I would try and not weigh yourself next week and wait till the week after and then see what happens!
The scales don't count for muscle mass or fluid retention. And it can make you feel more frustrated and unhappy when you see the numbers aren't moving! Grrr 😄
And you do look amazeballs in your profile pic 😘

Aww hugs. I know how that feels. I also know that some weeks no matter what it just doesn't shift. I'm sure it will next week. Keep going as you look amazing in the daffodil pic 😘
