On a course this week trying to make healthy choices but there isn't much options. Feeling really bloated 😔

Hey beautiful!! Why not try some light yoga and lots of stomach soothing lemon and ginger that should help but definitely light stretching, lots of water and tummy rubs are fab. Hope you feel better soon beautiful xxxx
